Hooray! All brands are welcome on Swapmamas! Items MUST be clean and in good condition, and any imperfections must be noted.
Take a great photo.
Photos with a solid, light backdrop sell best! For best response, place items on hangers or tables, and never on the floor (because, yuck).
Set a fair price.
From housewares to handmade; for kids, for grown-ups; browse for similar items to see how much others are asking.
Respond to inquiries quickly to keep interest and earn positive feedback when a sale is made. Communication is key.
Print shipping label.
After a Mama purchases your item(s), click "Get Shipping Label" in your conversation. Print and attach to your package and drop it in the mail or schedule a pick-up.
Ship + track.
You'll have up to 5 days to mail via USPS Priority Mail. Once your shipment is scanned at your local office, you (and your buyer) can track its progress.
Transfer your earnings.
Your payment will clear as soon as your buyer confirms that everything's okay. After that, you may transfer payments to your bank account any time.
Once a sale is complete, your buyer will leave you feedback, visible to all members. The more positive feedback you receive, the better your rating!

1. Track your package
We'll let you know when your seller ships, so you can track your package within your conversation thread.
2. Confirm delivery
We won't release payment to the seller until you tell us you've received your order and it's as described in the listing.
3. Leave feedback
Feedback is important! It's visible to everyone, and helps other Mamas make buying decisions, so don't forget to leave it!
If your order arrives, and it's not as described, let us know within 3 days. We'll carefully review the case, and offer a resolution.
