I am a mother of 2 beautiful girls & they are my life! We are a family that loves to be outdoors all the time. I will be getting married in March on the 26th. I am so excited & so are my girls. find your me time its worth it women bodies disappear with time and if you dont take care of it it will go faster and besides you cant take care of anyone else if you cant take care of yourself cause you would,nt be around long enough
do a30 min workout if time is consuming do 10 each time till you reach the 30 min and add weightlifting which will speed it up simple things like dancing, walking up the stairs,playing with the kids will do something just moving more
